Hoover City Schools Intervention Counselors are promoting National Suicide Prevention Week September 10th - 16th. The colors are teal and purple. As a part of this promotion, we will be giving out teal bracelets for all students and faculty that say #thereishope and Stop Suicide. The inside of the bracelets have the National Suicide Hotline number for people to call for help. There will be signs and 113 teal pinwheels displayed in front of the school that will represent the number of people we lose to suicide each day. This two minute video will help and may help you save someone’s life.
