REMINDER - State Testing and E-Learning Day is TOMORROW - May 8th, 2018

ALL GRADES PLEASE READ!

10th Grade Students will have the opportunity to take a full length ACT Practice Exam for FREE on May 8, 2018. This opportunity is being offered by the Alabama State Department of Education, and is a requirement for all 10th grade students. This exam will give valuable information on ACT readiness for each student to help them prepare for the ACT, which will be administered during the Junior year.

Both the Pre-ACT and ACT are mandatory components of the state assessment plan, administered during the 10th and 11th grades, respectively.

10th grade students report to school by 8:15 am for the Mandatory PreACT test. Students should bring a snack, ID, approved calculator and a #2 pencil. Grab-and-go lunches will be available for students that would like to purchase one as they leave the building. Buses will run a normal morning schedule, with breakfast available for purchase as usual. Afternoon buses will begin running between 1:00-1:30.

9th grade students will not report to school this day
E-learning assignments will cover approximately 30 minutes for each of the four core (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) classes.

11th grade students will not report to school this day w/the exception of 11th graders who need to make up the ACT test from March 20.
All other students will have E-learning assignments that will cover approximately 30 minutes for each of the four core (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) classes.

12th grade students will not report to school this day
E-learning assignments will cover approximately 30 minutes for each of the four core (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) classes
