IMPORTANT PSAT INFORMATION


Important School Schedule information for the PSAT Test on Wednesday, October 10th

  • Students who have paid to take the PSAT will complete demographics during JAG period on Wednesday, October 3rd. Please make every effort for your student to be present on demographics day.
  • Testers will need to report to school no later than 8:15 AM on test day, Wed. October 10th.
  • Testers will need to bring:
    • a picture ID (required)
    • pencils (cannot be mechanical pencils)
    • a calculator if they would like to use one
  • Testing will be completed by noon, and students will be allowed to eat lunch in class. The cafeteria will be serving sack lunches if they wish to purchase one.
  • Students who take the PSAT will be given the opportunity to have an excused check-out after the test is complete, provided the student follows normal check-out procedures (if your student plans to check out, please bring a note on Tuesday, Oct. 9th to the attendance desk).

Late Start on Wednesday, October 10th for any students not taking the PSAT Test
  • This applies to:
    • all 9th and 12th graders
    • any 10th or 11th graders who did not pay to take the PSAT.
  • Classes will start at 12:00 noon
  • Busses will run at usual times for an 8:15 start day (NOT the typical Wednesday pick up time).
    • Any non-testing student who rides the bus will be supervised in the competition and PE gyms until their school day begins at noon.
  • Lunch will be served.
  • A more detailed schedule will be available soon.
