Our schools are turning PINK! Beginning February 25, HCS kicks off a "Week of Kindness" in order to stand up against bullying. All Hoover City Schools and departments will have site-specific activities designed to cultivate a culture of caring and kindness - which research teaches us is an extremely effective approach to stop bullying.
On Wednesday, February 27, 2019, National Pink Shirt Day, we need EVERYONE in HCS to wear a pink shirt to stand up against bullying.
Pink Shirt will be on sale through MySchoolFees until Feb 12th! Long sleeve and short sleeve options are available. See the attachment for pricing and pictures of the shirt. #BEKIND #PINKSHIRTDAY
