This year we are celebrating Word Heritage Week October 21-25. We would like to invite the families of Spain Park to participate with us! There are several ways our families and students can get involved!
1. We will be doing a display of countries in our library and we would love to represent our students' country of origin throughout the week.
2. We will be having a Food Tasting and we would love for families to join us for this event. This event is FREE but we would love for families to bring a dish (main dish, side dish or dessert) to feed 8-10 people. Bringing a dish is NOT required to attend the event.
3. We will be offering activities for the students throughout the week during their AO time. The events include arts and crafts from various countries, Board games from around the world, a Foods from Around the Word event and an opportunity to learn dances from around the world.
Please help us by filling out the World Heritage Week form to let us know how you can help us make this Celebration a great event for our school!
