Course Verification Forms due by April 30th

Course request verification forms for the 2019-20 school year were distributed on Monday, April 22.  Please review your course requests and read all instructions at the bottom of the form.  Sign, date and return the form to the guidance office by April 30th. You may make changes without a fee until April 30.  From May 1-24, there will be a $50 fee for a course request change.
