Prom Check-Out Information

SPHS is allowing students to check out on April 26th due to the prom being held that evening, provided the following two steps are followed:

1) A checkout note, with parent signature, must be emailed or dropped at the attendance desk by Thursday, April 25th.

2) A prom ticket must be purchased by Wednesday, April 24th on My School Fees.

If these two steps are followed correctly, Seniors may check out with an excused check out at 11:50 AM on 4/26.  All underclassmen (9th-11th) may check out with an excused check out at 12:15 PM on 4/26.

Note - any check out before these times will be considered unexcused unless a valid reason is provided for the absence.  Any all day absence will be considered unexcused unless a valid reason is provided for the absence.
